After years of leading major events across the nation, we recognized a need for a company that values both exceptional customer experiences and the people who deliver them. Founded by seasoned hospitality and event professionals, Fierce Staffing is a hospitality + events production + staffing firm and social enterprise dedicated to excellence, equity, and impact.

We specialize in temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, and event production services, along with customized customer service training for brands and organizations nationwide. From executive producers and event managers to brand ambassadors and on-site teams, Fierce connects top talent to opportunities that deliver precision and purpose. Our teams have proudly supported major events such as the MLS All-Star Game, League One Volleyball Finals, AfroTech, and the Super Bowl Experience.
